Alkaline Electric Spelt Taco Shells




Ingredients:
1. 3 Large Spelt Tortillas (recipe here: http://thekitchenshed.co.uk/clean-eating-spelt-tortilla-wraps. Use grapeseed oil instead of olive)
2. Grapeseed oil
3. Hot Spring water

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 135c (275F) degrees
2. Brush each tortilla with hot Spring water and leave to soak. Do not let it get cold. 
3. Rub each taco with grapeseed oil. Make sure you coat the tortilla well
4. On the top rack of your oven, drape the tortilla over two ridges. Do the same for the other two.
5. Place the rack in the oven and be sure to put a tray below the taco shells. There will be oil dripping from the tortillas
6. Leave the tortillas in the oven for about 20 minutes or until you start seeing the tortilla turning a dark shade of brown.
7. Remove the rack and allow the tortillas to cool for about 10 minutes. They will also harden while cooling.
8. Fill the hard taco shells with all kinds of yummy approved ingredients.
