Alkaline Electric Sweet and Sour Sauce




Ingredients:
* 1 tbsp plum or cherry purée 
* 1 tsp ground ginger
* 2 tbsp key lime juice
* 4 tbsp agave 
* 75ml spring water (2.5 fl oz)
* 2 tsp spelt flour

Method:
1. Mix puree, ground ginger, lime juice and agave in a bowl.
2. Dissolve the spelt in the water separately. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Cook the mixture in a saucepan over high heat until it just begins to boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook until it thickens. Stir occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool.
