Ingredients:
8 ripe Burro or Matoke bananas
1 tablespoon Agave
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Method:
1. Peel and cut bananas into chunks. Put in container and freeze overnight. Best to keep the chunks spread out as much as possible.
2. Put bananas in food processor and process in bursts until bananas soften, then continuously until they become a creamy smooth consistency. Can try in a blender too.
3. Transfer to bowls and drizzle with agave syrup
4. Sprinkle with nuts
