Ingredients:
1 bunch of chopped Callaloo (also called amaranth)
1 large diced onion
1-2 cups of nut milk
2 handfuls of plum tomatoes
Seasonings to taste (I used sea salt, onion powder, thyme, sage, coriander, and cayenne powder)
Spring water
Sprinkling of spelt flour to thicken
Method:
Add all to pressure cooker and cook for 10 mins, or regular saucepan until tomatoes burst and mixture thickens
