Quantities as you wish:-
Sliced mushrooms
Spelt flour
Chickpea flour
Chopped onion
Nut milk
Grapeseed oil
Seasonings to taste. I used coriander, sea salt, thyme, basil, onion powder, onion salt, and cayenne powder
Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Add milk to make a sticky batter. Coat hands generously with additional flour, shape clumps of the batter into burgers, and shallow fry until brown. Turn frequently.
