* 6 dates, pitted
* 1/3 cup brazilnuts
* 1/2 cup hempseeds, shelled
* 1/2 cup sesame seeds
* 1 1/2 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut oil
* 1 tsp seeded lime juice

Method
1. Coarsely chop dates
2. Combine dates and brazilnut butter in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Add hempseeds, sesame seeds, coconut oil and lime juice and continue blending until evenly combined.
4. Roll batter into 2.5 cm (1”) balls.
5. Refrigerate what you don't eat right away
6. Or, let the bites rest in the freezer overnight, then store in the fridge... in which case, wait at least 12 hours before consuming.
