Ingredients:
Black olives, green olives, agave, avocado oil, sliced peppers, chopped red onion, quartered chestnut mushrooms, halved plum tomatoes, and recommended seasonings with sea salt to taste.
Method:
Sautée all (except mushrooms and olives) until peppers are tender. Add mushrooms and olives. Stir and cover for 3-5 minutes.
