1 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 diced Portobello Mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
Recommended seasonings (I used onion powder, oregano, cayenne, thyme, and tarragon)
Sea salt (I used onion salt)
5-8 leaves Cavolo Nero kale
Grapeseed oil
Soak nuts overnight in the seasonings and spring water for 8 hours minimum. Drain, add fresh seasonings, and sauté with salt, onions and mushrooms. Cut kale leaves in half and gently steam until mildly wilted. Drain and prepare wraps with nut meat.
Optionally prepare raw all as above raw except the sauté. If raw, best with Romaine lettuce or similar recommended
